About Customs Duties

• We ship via FedEx or DHL.
• FedEx and DHL do not pickup on weekends and holidays. In such cases, we will request pickup on the next business day.
• Tracking is available.
• All items are shipped from Japan. We will only ship to the address confirmed on the eBay site.
• Please make sure that your address on eBay matches the address you have requested as your shipping address before making payment.

Returns/Cancellation Policies
